As part of the National Show of Livestock you will also see sheep, goats and pigs

At the National Show of Livestock representatives of almost all the breeds farmed in the Czech Republic will be on display. There will be some nine hundred head of livestock exhibited. Not only cattle and horses will be presented, but also sheep, goats and pigs. In the small showground in Pavilion P you can look forward to the following accompanying programme...

 

At the National Show of Livestock representatives of almost all the breeds farmed in the Czech Republic will be on display. There will be some nine hundred head of livestock exhibited. Not only cattle and horses will be presented, but also sheep, goats and pigs. In the small showground in Pavilion P you can look forward to the following accompanying programme:

  • showing and judging pigs with expert commentary
  • showing and judging of sheep and goats
  • classification of rams and billy-goats

In the open area K there will also be a display of an exceptional breeding group of Tamworth Pig. You will be able to see pigs with a pedigree of the 4 best lines.

There will also be representatives of the Dorper and Dorper White, high-yielding breeds of sheep. You will be able to see them at the stand of the Czech Dorper Association, which is a member of the World Federation of Dorper Societies.
