The SALIMATECH food fair, alongside the EmbaxPrint packaging and printing fair will be launched at the Brno Exhibition Centre on Tuesday, 7 February 2023. Latest news from the industry will be available for viewing in Hall V until 9 February 2023.

The 31st edition of the EmbaxPrint International Fair for Packaging and Printing will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre From 7 to 9 February 2023. Due to the professional focus of the fair, it is a suitable place for establishing new contacts, presenting new products on the market and meeting existing customers.

Professional sideline programme
EmbaxPrint also features a professional sideline programme. For example, the Conference of the Association of the Czech Paper Industry will be held, which will address topics such as waste paper collection, growing potential in the beer market, and moulded fibre manufacturing.
Packaging Live is back
The Packaging Live project returns to EmbaxPrint again. Those interested can look at the state-of-the-art process of bakery wrapping with the use of robots, new industrial printers and other packaging technologies.
Jubilee EmbaxPrint
Concurrently with the above fairs, the 30th edition of the EmbaxPrint trade fair will be held in Hall G1. It is the only trade fair of its kind in the Czech Republic. The growing interest of companies also testifies its significance.

Already now, before the deadline for submission of applications, we notice increased interest in this fair by traditional exhibitors in the fields of packaging machines, packaging materials, marking machines and equipment, printing and print-processing machines. Many of them have expanded their exhibition areas.

Above all, however, it offers a great opportunity for finding new business opportunities and introducing trends in the packaging and printing industries.
Thirtieth anniversary Salima a success again
News from the food and drink sector and also the technologies for the processing, treatment and sales, as well as packaging and printing attracted tens of thousands of interested people to the Exhibition Centre. The concept of the morning hours dedicated to professional visitors, while in the afternoon the halls opened for the general public proved to be a good one. In comparison with the last edition there was a slight increase in the number of exhibiting companies and the exhibition area increased as well.
Specialized EMBAXPRINT trade fair finished with a good report card for the future
The 29th International Fair of Packaging and Printing EMBAXPRINT is over and according to the reactions of exhibitors and trade visitors it is well poised to celebrate its thirtieth anniversary which is ahead of us in 2018.
CEITEC and ROLOFOL cooperation cemented by signature
Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROLOFOL, Václav Kučerka and Director of the Central Institute of Technology CEITEC at BUT Radimír Vrba have signed an extended cooperation agreement at EMBAX PRINT today. That means for the company ROLOFOL an opportunity to use a wider scientific basis. "We operate in a very competitive environment. To be successful in foreign markets, we need to offer to our customers top quality and something more. And this is helped not only by our own diligence, but also the fact we have the possibility to use scientific knowledge," says Miroslav Zeman, business director of ROLOFOL.

On the opening day of SALIMA food fairs and EMBAX PRINT, a foreign delegation visited the Brno Exhibition Centre at the invitation of the Ministry of Agriculture.
A special packaging line is testing Breadway frozen bakery packaging at EMBAX PRINT
Today at noon, a packaging line was switched on for the first time, specially created for the PACKAGING LIVE project 2016. The entire packaging process has been tested in Hall pavilion G1; the aim was to simulate the actual operation on packaging pre-frozen products. "It is the first time in our project, when we combine a packaged product with what we present on the spot," says Michaela Zachová from the EQUICom agency, who has been preparing the packaging line for several months with other partners and now also expertly commented on the entire operation.
