GO & Regiontour 2021 – Change of Dates

GO and Regiontour 2021 will be held in autumn
International tourism fairs GO and Regiontour are being moved to an alternative date Nov 4 - Nov 7 2021, due to the current ban on mass events, including fairs, and due to overall unstable situation in covid-19 pandemic.

GO & Regiontour 2020 as a festival of travel experiences
The new look of tourism fairs has proved its worth and has appealed to more people - tourism professionals and travel fans. We managed to secure a more professional program on the first day, on the contrary, the public arrived in the following days, when the new gourmet festival GO to FoodPark opened. The Festival of Five Continents also had its premiere, and live invitations to the Czech and Moravian regions were a great attraction. Another revival was the transfer of the 23rd GO KAMERA 2020 film, photography and travel travel festival directly to the center of the trade fair - Pavilion P. The traditional start of the new tourist season at the Brno Exhibition Center welcomed more than 30,000 visitors. According to preliminary estimates, the number of visitors increased by ten percent. 822 exhibiting companies from 27 countries took part in the GO and Regiontour 2020 tourism fairs.

Partner Country GO 2020: Thailand
Newly, the expo also has its partner country. For 2020 it is Thailand, which is becoming increasingly popular among domestic travellers. It offers everything a tourist can remember, ranging from virgin nature and beautiful beaches to wild nightlife.

Hall F full of fragrances – in the footsteps of Gastromap
Food lovers will enjoy the new GO to FoodPark festival, which will start on Friday, 17 January. Hall F of the Brno Exhibition Centre will be transformed into a great showcase of regional cuisine and international gastronomy.

GO and Regiontour 2020: featuring 5 Continents festival
The GO and Regiontour tourism fairs in Brno, which will take place from 16 to 19 January 2020, are changing their face and moving more towards a festival dimension. They will occupy Halls P and F. Under the roof of hall P visitors will see fancy treats prepared for them by exhibitors at the outgoing GO and the incoming Regiontour fairs. The GO CAMERA travel festival will also be heading to the hall, the main theme of which will be the celebrations of this year's 100th birthday of Miroslav Zikmund.
The tourism trade fairs of GO and REGIONTOUR present nearly all the regions of Slovakia
The Brno tourism trade fairs of GO and REGIONTOUR have already been introducing nearly all of Slovakia. Slovakia can be found among three of the most sought after, foreign goals of Czech tourists. This data comes from the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ), which follows outward-bound tourism. The event is starting on Thursday, the 17th of January at the Brno Exhibition Grounds. This day is for specialists. The gates of the exhibition grounds will open to the public on Friday and over the weekend.

The largest and most modern exhibition Hall of the Brno Exhibition Centre – Exhibition Hall P – was filled with exhibitors from the twin trade fairs Go and Regiontour, while the podia swelled with the accompanying programme. A few short steps away, Hall F came alive with a festival of “experience”. This new concept for Brno’s travel and tourism trade fairs was appreciated not only by exhibitors, but by visitors too - over thirty thousand of whom flocked to event over the course of four days.

GO Kamera travel festival – theme: EAST AFRICA
The 21st edition of the popular GO KAMERA travel festival traditionally organized by CK LIVINGSTONE will be held on January 18th-21st, 2018. This year’s special theme will be East Africa. A long list of travelers, mountaineers, adventurers, photographers, artists and musicians will share the best photos, films and experiences from their travels. GO KAMERA has grown into the largest gathering of travelers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The four-day marathon of lectures will feature over 50 speakers.

Aspiring young chefs and confectioners will also be competing during the 24th annual international Gastro Junior Brno 2018 – Bidfood Cup.
