Five winning exhibits were awarded the GOLDEN IDET
IDET, PYROS and ISET security fairs enjoy special attention from experts and important political stakeholders. Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrej Babiš, attended their opening for the first time in history.
At a gala evening held at the Slavkov (Austerlitz) Chateau near Brno, the GOLDEN IDET 2019 competition results were announced, in the presence of the Czech Defence Minister Lubomír Metnar and the Swedish Minister of Defence Peter Hultqist. A five-member commission of experts on defence and security technology handed out prestigious awards to five exhibits. These include PATRIOT II. – a high mobility armoured tactical vehicle from the manufacturer EXCALIBUR ARMY spol. s.r.o. The attention of the commission was also attracted by the VERA-NG Simulator – a modular system for training of operators of passive radar systems by the company ERA a.s. Another winning exhibit was the Amphibious Off-Road Trailer by the company Agados spol. s.r.o., which ensures high passability through all types of terrain. GOLDEN IDET was also won by the Common Operational Image of Ground and Air Force Command and Control Systems with the Highest Level of Communication Protection, produced by Delinfo, spol. s.r.o., and exhibited by ICZ a.s. The last award was handed to the company Dajbych, s.r.o. for its LRPV Gepard long range reconnaissance vehicle.
