In February, fashion comes to STYL and KABO
Twice a year, experienced traders and purchasers meet in Brno to become acquainted with new collections at the only B2B trade fairs of fashion, footwear and leather goods in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The next, 45th edition of STYL and KABO will be held here on 22 to 24 February 2015.

Brno as a Crossroad of Fashion Industry and Market
The 44th trade fairs STYL and KABO introduced trends for next spring and summer, and, as the only international B2B fashion industry presentation on the Czech and Slovak market, they attracted five thousand expert visitors, businessmen, and buyers. In comparison with last August’s trade fairs, the exhibitors’ offer slightly expanded, and the number of Czech manufacturers at the trade fairs almost doubled – partly thanks to the successfully emerging novelties: the Fresh Fashion zone of alternative independent fashion and jewellery, and the special section for textiles, haberdashery, and other subcontracts required for the final production of clothing.

The Brno Fashion Trade Fairs Have Begun! They Were Inaugurated by the BEACHWEAR SHOW
Today a number of collections of swimwear, beachwear, and accessories started the series of fashion shows, which will be there to be seen at the Fashion Trade Fairs STYL and KABO. There will be fourteen of them altogether. The catwalk in the pavilion P will be dedicated to the collections of men’s and women’s fashion, underwear and nightwear, and swimwear and hosiery.
STYL and KABO Fairs – summary

Exhibitors coming from nineteen countries will present new collections of nearly six hundred clothing, textiles, footwear and leather brands designed particularly for the season spring–summer 2015. For some of them it will be the first time in Brno and other bring brands that are still unknown in our market. More than five thousand professional visitors, i.e. mainly traders and buyers, are expected to attend.
Visitors to the fashion trade fair can once again enjoy free entry to the Špilberk castle
Brno City Museum continues to cooperate with the BVV Brno Exhibition Centre. This year, visitors to the 44th STYL & Kabo will again have a unique opportunity to visit the Špilberk castle free of charge on 24-26 August 2014, namely the famous Casemates and an exhibition dedicated to architecture in Brno between 1919 to 1939, called the For A New Brno.

Preparation of the 44th fashion fairs culminates in Brno
From Sunday, 24 August to Tuesday, 26 August 2014, the Brno Exhibition Centre will belong to the latest fashion trends in clothing, textiles, footwear and accessories. Manufacturers and importers will present traders with collections prepared for spring and summer 2015, the fair will include attractive fashion shows and an expert accompanying programme. In addition to the traditionally presented sectors, new successful projects will reappear, such as a Fresh Fashion Zone dedicated to young, independent creation or special sections for textiles and haberdashery.

Suppliers of fabrics and haberdashery together
Already a year ago, organisers of STYL decided to meet the growing interest in fabrics, haberdashery and other subcontracts required for the final production of clothing. This trend is related to the return of production of higher quality goods to Europe.
Fresh Fashion Zone for the third time
Fresh Fashion, a selection of original young fashion first opened at the STYL fair in August 2013. It was then a step into the unknown, but it turned out that small companies with genuine Czech products fill a niche in our standard fashion market. The response of trade fair visitors was so positive that the Fresh Fashion Zone returned to the Brno Exhibition Centre in February - six months earlier than originally planned.

STYL and KABO come up with new topics
Brno fashion fairs have been succeeding in reaching out to new groups of exhibitors and visitors on a long-term basis. In addition to presentations of young independent portfolios in the Fresh Fashion project, the textiles and haberdashery section will again be presented in August. Completely new themes such as shop decorations or handmade products are planned for the future.
