Rules for Visitors to the Brno Exhibition Centre
- The visitor regulations apply to the premises of the company Veletrhy Brno, as (hereinafter referred to as the Company) with its registered office at Výstaviště 405/1, 603 00, Brno for visitors to events held on the premises and other entering persons (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor).
- By entering the premises, the visitor undertakes to comply with these visitor regulations.
- The authorization to enter the premises will be verified by an employee of the Company or the security of the premises.
- At the request of the security guard, the Visitor is obliged to submit personal luggage for inspection at the entry and exit gates and entry and exit gates.
- During the event, entry to the fair or exhibition is only possible with a valid ticket.
- In particular, the visitor is not allowed to:
- bring in and distribute prospectuses and other printed materials, run advertising activities, take photographs for the purpose of earning money, carry out surveys and other similar activities, further run any unauthorized commercial activity (sales) without the consent of the company, - damage property, vegetation
and landscaping of the company's premises,
- moving outside the sidewalks and marked paths and entering grassy areas,
- entering the economic parts of the company's premises, areas not intended for the visiting public and entering behind mobile fences,
- moving around on a bicycle, skateboard and roller skates, scooters,
- smoking in pavilions and using electronic cigarettes,
- bring into the premises any alcohol, narcotic and other toxic substances, weapons and other dangerous objects, as well as substances that can be used as an incendiary agent and use means that can cause fire, - remain in the premises after closing time, unless it is a social event by
invitation or with the consent of the company. - Parking for Visitors is available on the site and in the Expoparking building in reserved unguarded parking lots outside the exhibition area, unless the parking service specifies otherwise. Parking is not permitted on boarding areas for fire equipment, marked with the appropriate traffic or horizontal sign.
If the vehicle is left outside the places reserved for parking or directly in prohibited places or places obstructing traffic, service and intervention in the event of a breakdown, emergency or emergency situation or in the event of a fire, the vehicle will be towed from the exhibition grounds. Parking is subject to a fee and is governed by the parking regulations. - The visitor is obliged to behave in such a way as not to cause a fire, to comply with orders and to observe prohibitions regarding fire protection in the marked places.
- In the event of a fire, the Visitor follows the fire alarm guidelines placed in visible places of the objects, is obliged to obey calls to evacuate and follows the instructions of the persons managing the evacuation. To achieve safety, it uses information and fire signs indicating the directions of escape exits.
- In the event of an emergency, the Visitor follows the instructions of the police and persons responsible for evacuation.
- In the event of an accident or other emergency on the Company's premises, each Visitor shall immediately notify the security of the premises at the main gatehouse
(tel. 541 153 383), if necessary, first aid will be called. - The company is not responsible for the loss of items brought into the premises or for damage to the visitor's property or health caused by his own actions or the actions of third parties in violation of the terms of these visitor regulations.
- On the basis of the ZTP card, the holder of the ZTP card has the possibility of entering the area by car and parking in reserved places.
- A visitor with a dog must keep the dog on a leash at all times. Dogs taller than small social breeds must be muzzled. The owner is responsible for cleaning up excrement and for all damage caused by the dog to all persons, to the property of the Company and to the property of exhibitors and visitors. The company reserves the right to close a part of the premises (pavilions) for entry with dogs.
- The visitor acknowledges that the Company makes visual or audiovisual recordings in the area of the event. These records are taken while respecting the necessary level of privacy of the Visitor, but the Visitor is not specifically asked for express consent or is not individually notified of the taking of records. The visitor further acknowledges that the Company uses these records for its self-presentation. The Company will comply with any explicit objection of the Visitor who is being recorded to the making of the recording; Disagreement must be communicated orally to the person who takes the record on behalf of the Company, in a manner that leaves no doubt as to what the Visitor is requesting.
- The visitor acknowledges and agrees that the premises of the Company are monitored by a camera system with the possibility of recording for the purpose of security of the premises. When recording and archiving, the personal data protection rules established by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
- The visitor is obliged to comply with the currently valid hygiene and safety measures for the protection of public health resulting from the extraordinary measures of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. The exact wording can be found on the website www.bvv.cz/bezpecnost or at the entrance to the premises.
- The company reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises or to remove from the premises any Visitor who does not comply with the conditions of these visitor regulations, as well as Visitors under the influence of alcohol or narcotic or other toxic substances, without refund of the ticket price.
- Children under the age of 15 may enter the Company's premises only when accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18.
- The company reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, the validity of the conditions is indefinite.
